Similar to the Montessori method, we believe that apprenticeship training should be a three-way partnership between the Learner, Employer and the Training Provider. The most effective method to support this is through consistent and regular communication with each party. In addition to our monthly teaching sessions with the learner, we also provide termly progress reviews with the employer and learner to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
