This course is run by Jenna Hamilton-Heward who holds a BA in Management from York University and a Masters in Early Years. She is an assessor and IQA and has extensive experience running four Outstanding Nurseries. Jenna will be joined by Amy a HR expert who will be guiding you through all the performance management processes to support you in your leadership role.
