How an EYE/EYP Apprenticeship can accelerate your career in Early Years

At Montessori Apprentice Academy (MAA) we have a proven track record of delivering successful 95% Gov funded EYE/ EYP Apprenticeships with award winning highly-qualified and engaging experts, nationwide. We are an Ofsted rated good provider and the only training provider in the UK to offer Apprenticeships combined with the Montessori Diploma.

3 Benefits of an EYE/EYP Apprenticeship:

  • Earn while you learn
A significant benefit of an apprenticeship is that you earn a salary with an employer whilst learning and developing important workplace knowledge, skills and behaviours to enhance your career while helping to shape the future of early years. All apprentices must receive the appropriate national minimum wage. Information on the most up to date minimum wage values can be found on the GOV website, link can be found at the end.
  • Gold Standard Apprenticeships
The Early Years Educator is the only current recognised Early Years qualification in the sector.
We pride ourselves on quality and the minimum requirement of 1 year and 1 day meets the apprenticeship standards and ensures the knowledge, skills and behaviours have been developed over this time.
  • Career Progression
According to Government data, research has shown that 85% of apprentices stay in employment and 64% of these continue to work with the same employer.
A third (32%) of apprentices received a promotion within 12 months of completing their apprenticeship and 75% have reported that they have taken on further responsibility within their job role.

What Ofsted says about us
“Apprentices who have completed their programme so far have achieved distinctions in their final assessments. These apprentices have also been promoted to room leader and management roles within the organisation.”
