We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Nursery Apprentice while working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification alongside a Montessori Diploma.

This apprenticeship takes approximately 12 months to complete, allowing you to gain two highly respected qualifications while earning a salary and developing valuable practical experience in a Montessori nursery.

Once you have successfully completed the programme, you will progress to the Level 3 salary, with an additional Montessori qualification allowance in recognition of your specialist knowledge and skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, organised, and able to manage their independent study alongside working full-time. You will receive regular support through monthly online sessions with a tutor from the Montessori Academy and will also be supported to attend Montessori workshops to further develop your practical knowledge.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain both the theoretical understanding and hands-on experience needed to become a confident Montessori Early Years Educator.
