This session will be led by Jo Stocker, an experienced Early Years practitioner and assessor with over 20 years of experience across the sector. Jo began her career gaining her NNEB qualification in 1994, which led her into nursery management, where she progressed through a range of leadership roles. Over time, she also achieved further qualifications and became an Early Years Assessor, supporting learners across various training providers.

Jo has worked in assessment for over two decades and has seen many changes within the Early Years sector. Her focus has remained on supporting learners to develop their skills, grow in confidence, and successfully achieve their qualifications. Her passion lies in supporting future Early Years professionals and helping them build strong foundations for their careers.
