I am an experienced Early Years professional with over 15 years in the sector. I hold a BA in Education and a Montessori Diploma, and I have spent most of my career working as a Nursery Manager, supporting teams to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
I am a passionate advocate for apprenticeship pathways and strongly believe in developing and nurturing future talent within early years settings. I believe apprenticeships are vitally important in building skilled, confident practitioners.
With hands on experience in both EYFS and Montessori settings, I believe in a blended approach that strengthens and enhances early years provision. I look forward to supporting apprentices as they begin their childcare careers.
