Elaine Jenkins
This session will be led by Elaine Jenkins, a highly experienced Early Years professional with a diverse background across childcare and education. Elaine began her career as a Private Nanny on Scottish country estates before spending five years in Majorca, Spain, working as a Children’s Holiday Club Leader. These varied roles gave her a strong foundation in supporting children and families across a range of settings. After returning to the UK, Elaine worked within a nursery environment and went on to support childminders across Lincolnshire in setting up and developing their own businesses. Her breadth of experience across both practical childcare and business support has given her a well-rounded understanding of the Early Years
sector.
Elaine now works as a Development Coach, supporting apprentices as they take their first steps into a rewarding career in Early Years education. She is passionate about helping future professionals grow in confidence, build their skills, and create strong foundations for success.
