Are you passionate about working with children and interested in developing a career in early years education? Rozey Days Montessori Nursery in Bristol is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Montessori Apprentice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing Montessori environment while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.

About Us
At Rozey Days Montessori, we provide a child-centred environment where every child is encouraged to grow, explore, and develop independence following the Montessori philosophy.

The Role
40 hours a week which includes time to complete course work.
As a Montessori Apprentice, you will:
Support the daily running of the nursery
Assist in preparing and maintaining a safe, engaging environment
Work alongside experienced practitioners to support children’s learning and development
Help observe, record, and contribute to children’s progress
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with young children
A positive, caring, and patient attitude
Willingness to learn and develop within the Montessori approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred but not essential as can be completed along side study)
